Loadouts will be LS (Locked Set) customs and characters (you can change ARMS ONLY before you begin a match with you opponent) Running doubles (same weapon on both ARMS[toaster/toaster illegal, toaster/roaster legal]) in a match is illegal and will result in an immediate loss in that set

Stages will be split into Starter, and counter. Ban order for the first match is 1-1 (higher seed bans first) for the starter list. Following rounds counterpick will be available to choose and winner will ban one of the stages, loser will pick from remaining options.
