The Pokémon Trading Card Game is a collectable tabletop card game maintained by Creatures and The Pokémon Company.
Players compete in an official Pokémon Championship Series sanctioned by The Pokémon Company International as part of the Play! Pokémon program. The series culminates each year in a World Championships. Players competing in the Championship Series will play in one of three age divisions: Junior (~<10), Senior (~11 - 14), and Masters (~15 ).
Players earn Championship Points and prizes at thousands of live events in over 30 countries in order to qualify for Worlds.
