The Turbo Racing League $1,000,000 Shell-Out was a promotional contest organized by DreamWorks Animation as a way to promote the release of the 2013 summer movie "Turbo". The competition was sponsored By Verizon.
There were eight qualifiers held, called "Preliminary Races". The winner of each qualifier was flown to Los Angeles, California for the offline portion of the contest.
